In principle, Equitable Partners acts as General Partner (GP) of regulated or unregulated investment partnerships incorporated under the Luxembourgish legal regime.

Holding a legal degree, José has more than 30 years of professional activity shared between Luxembourg and Portugal, with a large experience on fund set-up and administration, company’s investment, turnround and disinvestment process, having participated or advised AIFs in the field of Impact Investment and Microfinance, including the Investor’s relations and the Capital raising.
